What
Do You Really Want Out Of Life?
Everyone, including you, has the ability to change
their life and create abundance. After all, you
deserve to be happy; to be abundantly content
in every aspect of your life as well as the next
person. Happiness starts with knowing exactly
what you want out of life, and then going after
it. If you are like most, you may need a little
help getting from A to B. Whether you get help
or do it all on your own, you still need a plan.
With it, you'll have an idea of what getting there
will take. You can call it your road map; the
truth is, you can't get anywhere without knowing
where you are going. Be prepared, because just
like a trip, change can be exciting!
Your Plan
Now that you have defined what you want, you must
design your road map. Be sure to write it down
as you go. Take small steps. Rome wasn't built
in a day. Start with the easiest thing before
you move on to something harder. For example,
if you want to get married, you have to start
by finding a significant other. If developing
and keeping relationships has been difficult in
the past, you might have to look at yourself to
see where the problem lies. Are you too picky?
You may have to let go of expectations. By that,
it is not meant that just because you haven't
been able to find someone in the past, you now
have to settle for the bottom of the barrel! You
might just have to be a bit more realistic. Look
at what you, yourself have to offer. Be honest
with yourself, is there some room for improvement?
If there is, what can you do to become more appealing?
Getting Help
Some people need more help than others to put
their plan into action. There are lots of "life
coaches" around who think they know the answer.
If you do decide to get help, its a good idea
to look at their credentials before you allow
them to help you. Something else to consider is, if they are not doing better
than you are already, chances are, that they can't
help you, either. A person that is not married,
or has been divorced several times probably has
issues with relationships themselves. What kind
of advice could they possibly give? If your goal
was to become relaxed and tranquil, you wouldn't
want someone who suffered from severe anxiety
helping you, just as a person who has never had a dime would not be the best person to consult in matters of creating wealth. It is obvious that someone who has not reached their
goals would not be the best choice to help you
reach yours.
Tell Everyone You Know
This really works! The people you know can be
your ally in your effort to obtain your goals.
Some might say, "What if I fail? Now everybody
will know." If you are afraid to tell others,
maybe you did not want it very much in the first
place! The more people who know that you want
a new job, a house, a relationship, or even to
reach your ideal weight, the more people there
are who may be able to help you. A man that I know who desires
a relationship that will lead to marriage, passes
out his card and tells everyone he meets to introduce
him to a future mate. His reason? "You never know
who your friends might know." Also, as you proclaim
your intentions, they become more deeply imbedded
in your subconscious mind. This is a win-win situation.
The more you say it, the more your mind believes
it. The more you believe it, the faster it becomes
reality! Most people who can not make changes in their lives are focusing passionately on the opposite of what they really want . Instead of thinking "I'm a millionaire," they are thinking "I am broke," and wondering why things are only getting worse. All their mind hears is the wrong message.
Follow All The Rules
Most successful people who remain successful are
following the rules, which are like the signs
that direct you on the road. You may be lucky
and get where you want to go without them, but
why take the chance? Most of the rules are common
sense. Knowing and doing are still two separate
issues, so just knowing may not be enough. The
real trick is making following the rules automatic
and effortless. This is easy to accomplish with the use of hypnosis. Life should be fun and easy, not
a miserable struggle. If life is a struggle for
you, you may be your own worse enemy. That would
be your first job then, making friends with yourself.
Becoming Your Own Best Friend
You create the world that you want to live in,
or the world that you think that you should live
in. You received these ideas as a young child,
and these ideas are called your personal paradigm. This
is the self-talk your mind hears all day long.
Your dreams can reinforce this as well. If these
thoughts are negative, ("I am broke") they can undermine all
your efforts for self-improvement even before
you begin! Many call this self-sabotage. How can you stop these negative thoughts
and ideas that are sabotaging your efforts towards success? You can use the word "cancel" to stop
these ideas from effecting you in a negative way.
Try it the next time a thought or idea such as
"I never win" enters your mind. Chances are, the
idea will vanish immediately. You can also start
using positive affirmations. In any event, you
cannot have positive until you remove the negative
(one of the rules). You have to wash a dirty wall
before you can paint it!
Be Flexible
Be willing to alter your plans. If
a door closes, a window or two may open. Remain
optimistic at all times (another rule). The important
thing to remember is that being inflexible and
immobile causes
stress. Worry causes stress, too. It does no good
to worry about things you can not change. Your
mind does not work efficiently when you are under
stress. Think of changes as just a short detour,
not a roadblock that has to stop your plans. Instead
of worrying or trying to make something work that
can not, change the things that you can. There
are no problems, just solutions that you have
not thought of yet! So many people give up when
the going gets tough. Thomas Edison created one
thousand unsatisfactory prototypes before he invented
a working lightbulb. How many would you have made
before you quit? Take a break, and look at the
whole picture. If you have a new business that
is not as busy as you would like, take advantage
of the time to research those who are doing well.
A trip of a thousand miles starts with the first
step!
Use Your Head
How can hypnosis help you make changes automatically
and effortlessly? By enabling you to visualize
yourself reaching your goals in a positive manner.
During hypnosis you can actually see your success;
being, doing, having and enjoying your abundance
in overflowing measure - seeing how your success
benefits everyone around you. The more you experience
these images, the easier your mind accepts it
as fact. If your mind imagines and believes, it
will become reality. Hypnosis is truly amazing,
and has benefitted people for thousands of years.
It is simply using your whole mind to benefit
you. Is it your turn?
